fully isolated wire collection.
·Surface of
flow channel is hard chrome plated, with thickness
of 0.02-0.03mm, hardness 60-65 (ROCKWELL); outside
die surface chrome plated thickness 0.01-0.02mm,
facilitating maintenance and corrosion
prevention.
·Lip surface finish precision
reaches 0.05-0.1(μm), other surfaces
0.12-0.18(μm).
